We will look at how the ever-present screen changes the way that we attend to the world around us and the changes in reading patterns and how the brain literally changes and adapts with such extensive use of new technologies. We will also look at how these technologies and social media consumption change how we ourselves and how we relate to each other. Psychological research is beginning to discover the profound ways in which emerging technologies rewire our brains the consequences for our everyday lives.
